About us

About

Rooted in Strength. Guided by Breath. Built on Intention.

At Chamiers Core, we believe that movement is more than just exercise- it's a way to come home to yourself. Our boutique Pilates studio, nestled on the iconic Chamiers Road in Chennai, was created as a space for intentional, intelligent movement.

We offer classical and contemporary Pilates sessions using reformers, mats, and props, focusing on posture, core control, and mind-body alignment. Whether you’re a beginner discovering your body’s rhythm or a seasoned mover fine-tuning your strength, every session is personalized to support your journey.

Our Philosophy

We blend global Pilates standards with a local, heart-led approach. For us, Pilates is about progress, not perfection. We honor slow gains, breath-led awareness, and deep listening to the body.

Our studio is intentionally small- not just to maintain privacy and precision, but to create a community that feels safe, seen, and supported.

Our Founders’ Vision

Chamiers Core was born from the shared dream of two sisters- both raised in Chennai, deeply connected to its energy, its rhythm, and its people. After years of experiencing wellness spaces around the world, they longed to create something of their own- right here in the city that shaped them.

Together, they envisioned a quiet, intentional sanctuary in the heart of Chennai- where women could move without judgment, reconnect with their breath, and build core strength both physically and emotionally.

More than just a Pilates studio, Chamiers Core is a return to self- a space where movement is meditative, strength is celebrated in all forms, and wellness feels deeply personal, not performative.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q 1: Do I need prior Pilates experience to join a class?

Absolutely not, everyone is welcome at Chamiers Core, no matter where you are in your movement journey. Our skilled instructors are passionate about helping everyone move better, feel stronger, and discover the joy of pilates.

That being said, group sessions are paced to be fair and challenging for the entire class. If you’ve never done pilates before or do not currently engage in any other form of exercise, the pace may feel intense at first. In such cases, we strongly recommend starting with private sessions so your instructor can give you their full attention, teach you the fundamentals, and set you up for success before transitioning into group classes

Q 2: What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, fitted workout wear works best, something that allows you to move freely and lets the instructor see your form. Socks are mandatory in the studio, as we have a strict no bare feet policy to maintain hygiene. Grippy socks can be purchased at the front desk if you forget to bring your own. For your safety and to protect our reformers, no dangling jewelry will be allowed on the equipment.

Q 3: Do I need to bring any equipment?

No. We provide all the equipment you’ll need, including reformers and props. Just bring yourself, your grip socks, and water.

Q 4: How do I book a class?

All bookings are done online through our website. Our system closes bookings 12 hours before a session, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

1. Go to the Purchase a Package tab and choose the one that fits you best.

2. Click Sign Up to buy the plan and enter your info. Make sure to opt in for SMS updates. This is how we send you booking confirmations, cancellations, and reminders (no spam or promotional texts).

3. Once your package is active, go to the Classes / Book a Session tab to choose your preferred time slot.

4. Don’t forget to sign the waiver, you’ll receive it by email after your first booking

Q 5: When do bookings close?

Our system closes bookings 12 hours before a session. We recommend booking early to secure your spot, especially for peak-time sessions.

Q 6: What’s your cancellation and late arrival policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged a ₹250 cancellation fee, but the session credit will not be deducted.

No-shows (missing a class without any prior notice) will result in a ₹250 no-show fee AND one session being deducted from the package.

If the Client is more than 10 minutes late they may not be permitted to join the session for safety reasons, as they will have missed the warm-up window. In such cases, the session will still be counted as used.

Q 7: What is your check-in policy?

All clients must check in at the front desk before every session. This ensures accurate tracking of sessions and packages. You can check in by opening the Bookings section on the app and scanning the QR code at the studio upon arrival. Alternatively, you can let the person at the front desk know, and they will check you in manually.

Q 8: Where are you located?

We’re located on the first floor above Abirami & Co Medicals, opposite Courtyard by WeaveInIndia. The entrance is to the left of the pharmacy. Find us on Google Maps.

Q 9: Is parking available?

Parking is limited. You may park downstairs in front of the pharmacy or at the side of the building, provided you’re not blocking any vehicles. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, as parking is restricted due to ongoing metro construction.

Q 10: Do you have locker rooms or restroom facilities?

We have a locker room to store your belongings as well as a restroom. While we do not have a private room designated for changing, you are welcome to use the restroom or locker room for quick touch-ups.

Q 11: Do I need to sign a waiver before attending class?

Yes, all clients must complete the waiver form before arriving for their first session. The waiver is available online and is mandatory for participation.

Q 12: When does my class pack validity begin?

The validity of your class pack begins on the date of purchase, not on the date of your first class. We encourage you to plan your sessions within your package period, as we are unable to offer extensions.

Q 13: How do top-ups work?

Top-ups can be purchased if you run out of sessions before your pack expires. However, please note that top-ups will also expire on the same date as your original package. They do not extend the validity period.

Q 14: How does your referral program work?

Our referral program applies only to non-trial packages. Referrals are activated once your referred friend attends their second session with us on any non-trial package (foundation duo qualifies as a trial package) Once this is met, your referral discount is good to use on your next purchase.

Q 15: Can I take multiple trial classes?

We offer trial options for first-time clients. However, only one trial is allowed per person per year, and this includes the Foundation Duo Package. Subsequent sessions must be booked on regular packages.

Q 16: Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or app to ensure smooth scheduling and adequate instructor attention.

Q 17: How should I make payments?

For the best experience, we recommend completing all payments online through our website or app. This helps us manage bookings efficiently, reduces wait times, and ensures accurate tracking of your sessions and packages.

Q 18: Can I attend pop-up events without a membership?

Yes. Our pop-up events are open to everyone and do not require a class pack or membership. You can purchase pop-up event slots individually through our website. We ask that you sign the waiver before you attend.

Q 19: Is there a time limit on my membership?

Yes, all sessions must be used before the expiry date. Our packages are designed to support a steady rhythm of two sessions per week to help you stay consistent.

Q 20: Can I extend my package?

We’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests to extend your package by 1–2 weeks if needed. Just send us a DM on Instagram and we’ll sort it out for you.

Q 21: How many sessions can I book each week?

You’re welcome to book as many or as few sessions each week as you like and use the sessions in your package at a pace that works best for you. For more guidance on the ideal frequency, speak with our instructor about your current fitness level, the other forms of exercise you do, and the goals you’re working toward.

Q 22: How do credits work?

Credits help us keep things clear, especially for those with hybrid plans.

Heres how it breaks down:

1 group session = 1 credit

1 private session = 2 credits

So if you buy:

30 group sessions, you get 30 credits

30 private sessions, you get 60 credits (because each private session uses 2 credits)

For mixed packages, we just add it up:

15 group + 15 private = 15 ( x 1 group credit) + 30 ( x 2 private credits) = 45 credits total

Thats it! This system automatically keeps track of how many sessions youve used and makes sure you dont book more than what your package allows

Q 23: How do I keep track of my membership, credits, bookings and manage cancellations?

Manage all your bookings, view class schedules, explore membership packs, and stay updated on pop-up specials all in one place. Skip the hassle of logging in each time on the website, the app lets you view all available slots and book at your convenience. We highly recommend it for easy, on-the-go scheduling!

Pilates FAQ

What is Pilates and how can it help support me?

Pilates is a mindful, low-impact movement practice designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support healthy alignment throughout the entire body. At its core, it focuses on controlled, intentional movement that strengthens deep stabilizing muscles, especially the core, while enhancing balance, coordination, and body awareness.

Beyond how you feel in class, Pilates is especially powerful for longterm wellbeing. It supports joint health, helps maintain mobility as you age, and builds a strong foundation that can carry you through daily life with more ease and resilience over time. Many people also report that it helps reduce tension and improve posture, creating lasting benefits that extend well beyond the studio.

The best way to experience it is to try it for yourself! We encourage you to come in, explore, and allow your body time to adapt and respond to the practice.

Do you only offer Reformer Pilates?

We offer both Reformer and Mat Pilates for our group sessions, with additional equipment such as the Cadillac available during private sessions. As our studio grows, we look forward to expanding our equipment offerings even further!

That said, more equipment doesn’t necessarily mean a more advanced practice. Pilates is built on a consistent set of foundational movements that can be adapted across different apparatus. The Reformer, Cadillac, and Mat simply provide different forms of support and resistance to help you access those same principles in varied ways.

In fact, Mat Pilates is often considered more challenging because it relies entirely on your own body weight and control, without the assistance of springs or external support. This can require greater core engagement, stability, and precision, making it a highly effective and deeply rewarding practice in its own right.

What is the Reformer? Is resistance training the same as weight training?

The Reformer is a specialized Pilates apparatus that uses a spring based resistance system combined with a moving carriage, straps, and pulleys. It allows you to perform a wide variety of controlled, full body exercises while either supporting or challenging your movement depending on the spring settings.

Rather than relying on momentum, the Reformer encourages slow, intentional movement, helping you build strength, stability, flexibility, and coordination all at once. It’s highly adaptable, making it suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.

Weight training typically uses external weights like dumbbells or barbells to create resistance. Resistance training is a broader category that includes any form of exercise where your muscles work against a force: this can be weights, resistance bands, body weight, or in our case, the springs of the Reformer.

Pilates on the Reformer is a form of resistance training, but it’s unique in that the resistance is adjustable, smooth, and often combined with precise, controlled movement patterns that emphasize alignment and core engagement rather than just lifting heavier loads.

How do I progress in Pilates? Will I use heavier springs as I improve?

Progress in Pilates is less about “going heavier” and more about going deeper. As you become more experienced, you’ll develop greater control, precision, and awareness of your movement: learning how to engage the right muscles at the right time, rather than simply increasing resistance.

Spring settings are used strategically, not linearly. Sometimes heavier springs actually provide more support and make exercises easier to control, while lighter springs can significantly increase the challenge by creating instability that demands greater core engagement to control the carriage. Progress often comes from refining technique, improving alignment, and moving with more efficiency and intention.

Will Pilates help me lose weight?

It can! Pilates is designed to help build strength, improve muscle tone, and enhance long term mobility. Many clients choose to incorporate Pilates as part of a well rounded routine as it does contribute to significant calorie expenditure that can lead to weight loss.

However, it’s important to note that no single form of exercise inherently guarantees weight loss by itself, sustainable weight loss occurs only when there is a consistent mindful caloric deficit and pilates can definitely be a part of that routine!

Memberships FAQ

How do I keep track of my membership, milestone sessions, make bookings bookings, manage cancellations and stay up to date on studio announcements?

Do I need prior Pilates experience to join a session? Which package should I choose as a beginner?

Absolutely not, everyone is welcome at Chamiers Core, no matter where you are in your movement journey! Our skilled instructors are passionate about helping everyone move better, feel stronger, and discover the joy of pilates.

That being said, group sessions are paced to be challenging for the entire class. If you’ve never done pilates before or do not currently engage in any other form of exercise, the pace will feel intense at first. In such cases here are our recommendations:

We strongly recommend starting with private sessions so your instructor can give you their full attention, teach you the fundamentals, and set you up for success before transitioning into group classes.

If private sessions aren’t within your current budget, we suggest trying group classes under the category "Fix your foundations” on the schedule - these are designed for beginners only and will teach you all the fundamentals needed to support long term progress. We also highly recommend these fix your foundations sessions to anyone who’s taken pilates elsewhere but never received

If the current time slot offerings for fix your foundations doesn't align with your schedule, opt for group sessions at 6AM, 12PM, or 1PM. These sessions tend to be significantly less crowded and can thus give your instructor more opportunity to offer personalized guidance.

Another option is to begin with a hybrid package (a combo of group and private sessions), so you can start building your foundations using private sessions first & then gradually transition into group classes once you are fully familiar with the foundational principles

Please note that joining a busy group slot as an absolute beginner outside these recommendations will absolutely hamper your experience, please message us if you require any further guidance!

Can I purchase a package and share it with someone else? Can I transfer my unused credits to a friend?

Membership packages and credits are non-transferable and cannot be split, shared, or transferred between individuals under any circumstances.

If you’d like to purchase a package as a gift, you may do so under the gift cards section under purchase or message us and we’re happy to help! If you purchased an entire package under your account for someone else, DM us so we can create a separate account for the recipient and transfer the full package to them directly. Please note that while transferring a full unused package is possible, sharing or dividing credits is not permitted

Do you accept walk-ins? Can I drop by and visit the studio anytime to discuss further without a booking?

No, we do not accept walk-ins at the moment. All sessions are planned in advance to ensure smooth transitions between classes, give instructors enough time to prepare, and avoid unexpected disruptions

If you’d like to see the space before purchasing a session, send us a DM on Instagram or WhatsApp to book a time, and please wait for our confirmation before coming by!

What is your cancellation policy? What if I don’t show up to class?

All sessions must be booked or cancelled at least 12 hours before they begin. Once the 12-hour window closes, the class will automatically be greyed out and unavailable for booking and late cancellation charges may apply.

To help us maintain a smooth and fair booking system, please note the following:

All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance

1. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will have no penalty

2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a class will incur a 250 rupees cancellation fee. However, your session credit will not be deducted.

3. No-shows, i.e. missing a class without any prior notice, will result in one session being deducted from your package AND a 250 rupee fee

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we aim to make space available for all clients and give our instructors enough notice to plan appropriate class flows

Why is there a 12-hour window for bookings and cancellations?

Each session at Chamiers Core is curated intentionally. We have a 12 hour window in place so our instructors have enough time to plan and tailor the flow for class size, safety and difficulty level. Last-minute changes can significantly throw off that rhythm and can impact the overall quality of your session as we want every class to feel well-prepared for you. A little advance notice goes a long way in keeping things smooth for everyone!

Can I take a trial class? Can I book single sessions as needed over time?

We offer trial options for first-time clients, please note that only one trial is allowed per person per year

After your trial, any additional sessions must be booked after a package purchase. We currently do not offer single-session purchases unless you're visiting Chennai for a limited time or you want to sign up for one of our specialty classes

The only other exception is our top-up option, which allows existing package holders to purchase single or double sessions as needed.

If I take a trial class and then buy a package, will the cost of my trial session be deducted from my package? Can I get a discount for my package purchase?

Free trial sessions is not a model we currently follow as our trial sessions are simply meant to give you a feel for our studio + instructors

However, we love celebrating your milestones and loyalty! Every time you hit a milestone session with us (10th, 20th, 50th), you unlock a discount code for your next package purchase of ANY size:

1. After your 10th session: Use MILESTONE10 for 10% off your next package purchase

2. After your 20th session: Use MILESTONE20 for 20% off your next package purchase

3. After your 50th session: Use MILESTONE50 for 25% off of any package purchase for life! (merchandise and top ups exempt)

It’s our way of saying thank you for staying consistent and making progress with us!

How do top-ups work?

Top-ups can be purchased if you run out of sessions before your pack expires this is useful if you have travel commitments and cannot commit to a full package (or if you only need a few more sessions to qualify for a milestone discount!) However, please note that top-ups are set to expire on the same date as your original package, but can be extended by about a week if you message us!

How do I book a class?

All class bookings are made through our app. Please note that bookings close 12 hours before the session, so we recommend reserving your spot early.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Purchase a package
Tap the
Purchase tab at the bottom of the home screen and choose a package that suits your goals.
2. Complete your payment
Click
Buy Now and select your preferred payment method. Please note: the payment link is valid for 10 minutes. If not completed within that time, the transaction will be canceled, the package will not be added to your account and your payment will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

3. Check your active package
Once your payment is successful, go to the
Profile tab (bottom right) > Memberships & Credit. You should see your package listed under the Active tab.

4. Book your session
Head to the Explore tab (bottom left) and choose Private or Group sessions (depending on your package). Browse the available schedule, pick any time and date that works best for you, and tap Book. If you have a reformer preference, select it, then tap Confirm Booking to secure your spot!

I haven’t received any intimation for my booking how do I know if it’s confirmed?

On the app, Head over to Profile (bottom right) → Communication Preferences and make sure all notifications are turned on, this how we send booking confirmations, session reminders, and credit balance updates.

Alternatively, you can check the Bookings tab at the bottom of the app to view all your upcoming sessions.

We promise no repeated spam promotional texts, ever! You’ll only hear from us about your bookings and membership updates and occasional specialty session announcements.

I purchased a package but I cannot book a slot on the app

Bookings are automatically greyed out once the 12 hour booking window is closed.

If you are within the booking window but still unable to book, your package has most likely expired or your payment has been registered under multiple accounts - in this case, shoot us a quick DM and we'll look into it for you!

When does my class pack validity begin? Can I extend my package expiry?

Your class pack starts on the date of purchase, not the date of your first class. Our packages are currently paced for at least 2 sessions per week, so we recommend planning your schedule accordingly to make the most of your pack!

If you ever need a little extra time or can only do 1 session a week, we’re happy to accomodate reasonable extensions to your expiry date when possible, however extensions spanning multiple months are usually not feasible.

Just DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of it!

How should I make payments?

For the best experience, we recommend completing all payments online through our app This helps us manage bookings efficiently, reduces wait times, and ensures accurate tracking of your sessions and packages. You can check out via the app using UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking, we also accept international cards and Amex.

Or you can use the UPI ID chamierscore@okaxis to GPay us, send us a screenshot of payment and we’ll manually add your package to your account after the payment has been confirmed.

If you would like to pay by cash, message us to schedule a time to make the payment in person, and we’ll manually activate your package. Please wait for an appointment confirmation before stopping by.

Please note: All payments must be completed before attending a session, slots cannot be guaranteed until payment is complete

What is a payment plan and how can I opt in?

A payment plan allows you to split the cost of your package over time instead of paying the full amount upfront. You’ll pay 50% at checkout, and the remaining 50% will be charged in weekly installments over the duration of your package.

To enroll, simply select the “Pay with payment plan” option at checkout. You can click “View details” to see your weekly payment amount and schedule. Recurring installment payments will be processed weekly thereafter.

Discount codes cannot be applied when choosing a payment plan.

Is there a time limit on my membership?

Yes, all sessions must be used before the expiry date.

You can check your package expiry by going to:

Profile tab (bottom right) → Memberships & Credit → Active, where it will show “Expiring on… Day/Month/Year.”

Our packages are designed to support a steady rhythm of two sessions per week to help you stay consistent. If this pace feels too intense for your lifestyle, feel free to DM us to discuss possible reasonable package extensions.

What happens if a session I want to take is full?

We recommend putting yourself on the waitlist in case there is a cancellation, if a spot opens you will be  notified via email and you may proceed to book. Please make sure you have all notifications turned on in your account settings to ensure you are notified

I have unlocked a referral discount AND milestone discount, how can I avail them?

Discount codes cannot be combined, you may choose to apply your referral discount OR milestone discount during checkout.

Please also note that discount codes also cannot be availed if you choose to pay for your package via a payment plan

How does your referral program work?

Our referral program applies only to non-trial packages. Referrals are activated once your referred friend attends their second session with us on any non-trial package. Once this is met, your referral discount is good to use on your next purchase.

Credits help us keep things clear, especially for those with hybrid plans.

Here’s how it breaks down:

1 group session = 1 credit

1 private session = 2 credits

So if you buy:

30 group sessions, you get 30 credits

30 private sessions, you get 60 credits (because each private session uses 2 credits)

For hybrid packages, we just add it up:

15 group + 15 private = 15 ( x 1 group credit) + 30 ( x 2 private credits) = 45 credits total

That’s it! Credits are allotted automatically during package purchase and deduct automatically each time you book. This system is just to keep track of how many sessions you’ve used and make sure you don’t book more than what your package allows

What is your refund policy?

All purchases including memberships, extra top up credits, studio merchandise and other purchases are final. They’re non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. You can download your invoice anytime by heading to the 'Purchases' section under the 'Profile' tab on the app. All class packages are valid for the set duration indicated from the date of purchase.

Studio FAQ

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, fitted workout wear works best, something that allows you to move freely and lets the instructor see your form. Grip socks are mandatory in the studio, as we have a strict no bare feet policy to maintain hygiene, they can be purchased at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

For your safety and to protect our reformers, no dangling jewelry will be allowed on the equipment.

What do I do if I forgot to bring grip socks to my session?

No worries at all! Grip socks are required for your safety and to maintain hygiene, we have them available for purchase at the studio if you ever need a pair.

Should I eat before my pilates session?

Yes, adequate nutrition will help you get the most out of your workouts! Please ensure you fuel adequately at least 60 minutes before your session to sustain you through the session, especially if you have booked an early morning slot

It is best to avoid high fat / high fiber food before your workout and fuel with complex carbhydrates or  lean protein rich food instead so you dont feel weighed down or bloated during your session (some examples include protein shake, fruit + greek yogurt, paneer, hummus with carrots/celery, oatmeal, protein bar, fruit smoothie, chickpea salad, eggs + nuts)

Under fueling can significantly impact your session, you might experience dizzyness and fatigue beyond normal which will hamper your performance.

Is your studio women only? Are your classes open to men as well?

Pilates is for everyone and anyone and we don't currently restrict our studio to women only, we work with plenty of male clients who join group sessions regularly

However, we’ve built an environment where women feel especially supported and comfortable. Most of our group classes are primarily attended by women and our in-studio team is entirely female

If you’d prefer to join a women only slot, drop us a message and we’ll help accommodate!

I am currently pregnant, can I join a session?

While we want everyone to enjoy the joy of pilates, we highly recommend expecting mothers to only workout with instructors who are specifically prenatal certified and possess sophisticated knowledge working with pregnant clients. No matter whom you choose to train with, we highly recommend that you request to see their certification and look into the history of their client demographics to ensure they have appropriate experience.

These instructors should be certified to understand the safety considerations & anatomical knowledge to understand how positioning can compress major blood vessels and deep abdominal twists can strain the uterus.

Unfortunately that is not a service our studio is currently equipped to accommodate at this time.

I just gave birth, can I join a session?

First of all, congratulations! Second, postnatal Pilates can absolutely help prevent common postpartum issues, such as lower back pain, shoulder tension and help support diastasis recti + your overall recovery process

Once you've been cleared to resume physical activity by a medical professional, we would love to help support your recovery. We highly recommend starting with private sessions to ensure appropriate attention and modifications can be provided, but please message us and let us know ahead of time if you are postnatal to give our instructors a heads up!

Can I book a private session for myself and a friend(s)/family? How do semi-private sessions work?

We’d love to facilitate semi-private sessions for you, they are a wonderful option for sharing your experience with a friend or family member. These sessions are typically priced halfway between group and private session rates. Please reach out to us directly for a custom quote & we’ll be happy to help you get started!

I would like to reserve multiple spots to attend a group session with my friend(s). How do I do this?

We’re so happy you’d like to join a session together! To reserve multiple spots, each participant will need to create their own profile using a unique email address and phone number. This is required so we can have a separate waiver on file for each client.

Once everyone has created their profile, you’ll be able to book into the same class and enjoy the session together.

Can I bring my pet or my child to the studio? Can my child take a session with me?

To maintain a calm and focused environment for all clients, we kindly ask that pets and your kids not be brought into the studio as our team is unable to provide supervision during sessions. For the comfort of all clients, they are not permitted to wait in the studio during sessions unless a fully non-disruptive environment can be consistently maintained. Please note that any disruption may result in this policy being adjusted for future visits.

Minors between 13-17 are welcome to take sessions with us but must be accompanied by an adult.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, we truly appreciate it!

How often should I do Pilates? How many sessions can I book each week?

The origins of the practice emphasizes repition, practice and intentional movement rather than exhaustion or overload. Consistency allows your nervous system, joints and deep stabilizing muscles to adapt. 2-4x per week is ideal for most people depending on their lifestyle, enough to build strength control and real momentum without burnout.

You’re welcome to book as many sessions each week as you like and use the sessions in your package at a pace that works best for you. For more guidance on the ideal frequency, speak with our instructor about your current fitness level, the other forms of exercise you do, and the goals you’re working toward. Rather than asking "how much pilates should I be doing?" try asking "what frequency allows me to stay consistent, feel supported and continue progressing?" Thats where real change happens

Where are you located?

We’re located on the first floor above Abirami & Co Medicals, opposite Courtyard by WeaveInIndia. The entrance is to the left of the pharmacy.   Find us on Google Maps

Is parking available?

Traffic and parking on chamiers road can be an unpredictable obstacle course and parking can be difficult to maneuver. We highly recommend planning in a little buffer time into your commute to allow sufficient time for parking as sessions will begin at scheduled time

Parking garage use:

We have a private parking garage located below to the side of our building with space for 2-3 vehicles (make an immediate right turn just before the metro construction barricade, this turn comes right after our building) The entry may be tight but cars can definitely pull in comfortably. Kindly ensure you do not block neighboring gates, vehicles or entrances as you may be asked to move your vehicle mid-session

Street parking:

If the garage is full, 1-2 cars may park downstairs between "Abirami & Co Medicals" and "Royal Cakes" (do not park directly in front of the pharmacy after 8am)

Valet:

Valet service is also typically available to assist with parking 9am-6pm on Mon-Fri and 9am-2pm on Sat

How should I clean my reformer/mat after a session?

To help us maintain a clean and comfortable studio for everyone, we kindly ask that you wipe down your equipment after use. Please spray the antibacterial solution available in the studio onto the towel first, then use the towel to thoroughly wipe the reformer.

For your comfort and to protect the equipment, we ask that you do not saturate the solution directly onto the reformer, as it can absorb into the surface create an uncomfortable experience for the next client. Thank you for your care and consideration!

Do you have locker rooms or restroom facilities?

Yes! We have a locker room to store your belongings as well as a restroom. While we do not have a private room designated for changing, you are welcome to use the restroom or locker room for quick touch-ups.

Can I have my phone with me during my session?

Yes but we kindly ask that you silence your phones before class begins so everyone, including you, can fully zone in and enjoy our well-earned reset without any startling ringtones (unless your ringtone is the sound of reformer springs). Your core deserves undivided attention

We get that emergencies happen, so if you absolutely need to take a call, just slip out quietly or head to the locker room to handle it without disrupting the group flow

What is your photo and video policy?

By attending our classes or events, clients grant permission for us to use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including social media and other marketing materials. If you would like to opt out of photography, please let us know in prior to your visit.

Clients are absolutely welcome to record themselves during class for personal use, however we kindly ask that you remain mindful of capturing other participants in your recordings to respect their privacy

Are your instructors certified?

While specific details of our training program are proprietary, we’re always happy to share more context. If you have questions or would like additional information, please feel free to reach out to us directly!

Can I attend specialty events without a membership?

Our pop-up events are open to everyone and do not require a class pack or membership. You can purchase pop-up event slots individually through our app/website. Payment must be completed in order to secure a spot

Do I need to sign a waiver before attending class?

Please take a moment to carefully read through to ensure you understand our policies and safety guidelines before attending class
