Core Reformer

Level: All Levels

Our signature flow. A full-body reformer session that builds deep core strength, enhances posture, and restores balance through mindful movement and breath.

Perfect for anyone craving aligned movement, graceful strength, and long-term results.

Core Foundations

Level: Beginner-Friendly

A slower-paced, technique-rich reformer class that focuses on alignment, breath, and control. Learn the fundamentals or return to your roots.

Ideal for beginners, postnatal clients, or anyone revisiting Pilates basics.

Power Core

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

A dynamic, sweat-inducing reformer flow with holds, pulses, props, and athletic sequences that fire up your powerhouse and leave you feeling accomplished.

Perfect for those who love a challenge and want to level up their practice.

Stretch & Release

Level: All Levels

Restore, unwind, and recalibrate with a prop-supported session targeting fascia and tight muscle groups using foam rollers, rings, and breathwork.

Ideal for recovery, jetlag, desk bodies, and emotional release.

FMat Pilates (Floor + Props)

Level: All Levels

A mat-based Pilates class using small props — rings, mini balls, bands — to activate stabilizers, enhance mobility, and fire up the deep core.

Perfect for travel-friendly routines, variety lovers, or those easing into movement.

Private & Semi-Private Sessions

Private Reformer Session (1:1)

Level: Tailored to You

A personalized one-on-one reformer class ideal for injury rehab, prenatal/postnatal support, or private goals.

Best for deep work and custom transformation.

Private Trapeze / Cadillac Session (1:1)

Level: Tailored to You
